There are different ways to calculate each person’s obesity. However we will examine only one of the easiest one. This method is called’body mass index’ (BMI). This method is also used to diagnose weight disorders.
Ideal Weight Calculation, BMI Method
First, measure your weight (kg).
Then measure your height in meters and bring it to power two.
Now divide the weight by the square of your height.
For example:
Hieght: 175 centimeters= 1.75 meters

BMI= 70/3.06= 22.87

Choosing Lipomatics over other techniques.
If we want to point out the advantages of lipomatic compared to other similar methods, we can mention the following:
In the lipomatic method, evenly spread of fat layer under the skin is excellent. you can not find any lumpy fat under the skin. In other methods of suction, fat may accumulate in some parts of the skin in lumpy form.
In Lipomatic surgery is not necessarily required to wear garment compression; compared to traditional suction methods that require six months or in laser lipolysis which is required to wear garment compression for two to four months. However, for better shrinkage of the skin, it is recommended to wear for 30 to 40 days.

Lipomatic surgery does not require overnight stay and you can resume your normal daily activities immediately after surgery. The patient will not have much fatigue and bruising after the operation.

Preparation before Lipomatic Surgery:
Before the operation, talk to your surgeon about what you expect from the surgery. The surgeon will review your medical history.
Talk to your surgeon about your health status and the medications, supplements, or herbs you are taking.
Your surgeon will advise you to stop taking certain medications, such as blood thinners or NSAIDs, for at least three weeks before surgery. You may also need to do certain tests before the operation.
Patients should not drink alcohol and quit smoking for 2 weeks before surgery.
It is recommended that you consult your doctor about taking vitamins, calcium, or medications that contain blood thinners for 1 week before surgery (except vitamin D).
Patient should abstain from eating and drinking for at least 8 hours before surgery.
Patient should have a companion on the day of surgery to help.
Patient should wear comfortable clothes.

Post- Operative care
If your operation requires the removal of only a small amount of fat, you may be discharged on the day of surgery. If a lot of fat is removed, or if two or more surgeries are performed at the same time, you may need to stay overnight in the hospital. In any case, make the necessary arrangements for someone to take you home and take care of you at least for the first night after the operation.
