ماهو الحجم المناسب للحشوات الصناعية؟

عملية تكبير الثدي هي عملية تجميلية فمن الواضح ان حجم الحشوة تكون حسب رغبة الشخص ولكن لا تتفاجا اذا رفض الجراح استخدام حشوة لا تلائم جسدك. يبدا حجم الحشوة 320 سم مكعب من اجل زيادة خفيفة ولمن يملك انسجة جيدة يستطيع استخدام ذات 800 سم مكعب او اكثر, لتحديد الحجم المناسب يمكنك اعتماد هذه الطريقة وهو ملئ اكياس بالماء وقياسها بالميلي متر ثم ضعي الكيس داخل حمالة الصدر ثم انظري اذا الحجم ملائم لك ام لا (لا تستخدمي حمالة صدر ضيقة لان ذلك لن يعطيك فكرة جيدة عن الحجم). 1 سم مكعب = 1 ميلي لتر وبالتالي 250 ميلي لتر يساوي 1 كوب وهكذا…

قبل اجراء عملية تكبير الثدي في ايران:

اذا قررتي ان تجري عملية تكبير الثدي في ايران يجب عليك البقاء في المشفى على الاقل لمدة يوم كامل, لذلك تاكدي من وجود مرافق خلال العملية لانك لن تتمكني من عمل اي شيء خلال 48 ساعة من اجراء العملية. توفر تراتونا خدمات تمريض ممتازة بعد العملية تتواجد معك داخل الفندق.

تجرى العملية عادة في مركز جراحي متخصص او في المشفى وبالطبع يتم تطبيق التخدير العام في هذه الحالة, يتم الحد من ظهورالشق الجراحي باكبر ما يمكن بحيث تكون الندبة المتخلفة صغيرة جدا لدرجة تكون مخفية بعد ذلك يتم رفع انسجة الصدر والجلد ثم يتم ادخال الحشوة عبر شق صغير ( حول الحلمة, تحت البط, خلال الطيات او اسفل الصدر). عادة تستغرق العملية ساعتين, قد يؤدي وضع الحشوة خلف عضلة الصدر الى تقليل احتمالية خطر انقباض الحشوة. قد تمنع الحشوة من فحص الثدي بالاشعة السينية, من الممكن ان يستمر الالم في حالة وضع الحشوة خلف العضلات لايام اكثر مما هو عليه في حالة وضع الحشوة خلف نسيج الثدي مباشرة. تستخدم انابيب تفريغ السوائل لعدة ايام بعد العملية ويتبقى القليل جدا من الندوب .

بعد اجراء عملية تكبير الثدي في ايران:

يكون الالم حادا خلال 24-48 ساعة بعد االعملية ويختلف ذلك من شخص لاخر, يتم وصف المسكنات من قبل الجراح. من اجل الدعم تحتاج لعدد من الوسائد في السرير ولايمكنك النوم الا وانت مستلقية على ضهرك او في وضعية الجلوس, يتم ازالة الضمادة والغرز خلال 10 ايام ثم استخدام حمالة الصدر الطبية او يمكنك شراء واحدة مناسبة لحجم الثدي الجديد. في حال تكونت تجاعيد في الندوب ينصح بعدم استخدام الحمالة ذات الاسلاك في الاسفل حتى التئام التقرحات.
خلال الايام الاولى بعد العملية يتورم الصدر و يصبح متماسكا فلا تقلقي تصبح اكثر ليونة بعد 5 ايام من العملية ويقل الانتفاخ خلال اسابيع و تظهر بعض الاعراض الاخرى مثل الاحساس بالحرقة في الحلمة وايضا قد تشعرين بان الحشوة مرتفعة جدا عند ازالة الضمادة او ليست في مكانها الصحيح, لايجب القلق ابدا هذا الامر طبيعي جدا ويتخذ الثدي الشكل المناسب شيئا فشيئا. اتبعي تعليمات الطبيب حول بدء التمارين والنشاطات, قد يكون الثدي حساس للاتصال المباشر ينصح تجنب اللمس قدر الامكان.
على الرغم من ان الندوب لاتختفي بشكل نهائي الا انها تتلاشى بشكل كبير خلال عدة اشهر.
بدءاً من الاسبوع الثاني او الثالث يجب الحصول على مساج عميق يوميا حيث يعمل على منع تشكل الندب حول الحشوة السيليكونية, يجب عمل المساج لستة ايام متواصلة من الاسبوع الثاني او الثالث كما هو مذكور سابقا وبعد ذالك مرة واحدة كل اسبوع.
